  7. Jan 02,  · Nebuchadnezzar's Dream The Crusades, Apocalyptic Prophecy, and the End of History Jay Rubenstein. Examines how the Crusades and the conquest of Jerusalem shook Western Europe by breaking the "patterns of history" and awaking it to its own identity and agency.
  8. Nebuchadnezzar wanted to know the meaning of his dream but his “wise men” had failed him. So he decided to kill them. But Daniel asked for time to discover and interpret the dream. After Daniel and his friends prayed, God gave the dream and its interpretation to Daniel.
  9. Nebuchadnezzar, however, had one small problem. No matter how he tried, he could not remember the exact details of his dream. He awakened from his sleep knowing that the vision he had was much more significant than just the average nighttime dream, but he couldn’t bring any more than mere impressions of it to his conscious mind.
